Kevin is a hiring manager at CSG International and considers his role in cultivating CSG’s open, safe, and agile culture to be his greatest contribution.  Currently, Kevin serves as a Manager and Systems Architect of the Output Solutions division.  In that role, his primary focus is to lead the strategic software redesign of CSG International’s online statement retrieval services.

Prior to joining CSG International, Kevin managed the Software R&D organization of a successful logistics venture located in Omaha’s Sister City of Shizuoka, Japan. Previously, he was a Project Manager and Application Development Consultant at Microsoft’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.  Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska – Omaha.

Kevin is an avid supporter of the rapidly growing Omaha technology community. When asked why he is interested in joining the advisory board, Kevin wrote, “A career in information technology can be transformative – literally opening a world of possibilities.  I’ve enjoyed success in the IT industry, allowing me to travel the world and provide a comfortable lifestyle for my family.  This would not have been possible without the support of teachers, mentors and peers in Omaha who coached and guided me in my desire to master application development and lifecycle management.  The demand for talented technology workers in Omaha is strong, and competition for such talent is fierce.  Our community needs a larger and more diverse group of technology experts participating in this sector.  I’ve seen the positive results that Interface Web School has been able to deliver – providing Omaha businesses with fresh talent, giving folks the skills they need to start a new career, and organizing grass-roots efforts to teach STEM skills to our eager youth.  I am looking for an opportunity to give back to a community that has helped mentor me for so many years.  I feel that Interface Web School is the perfect partner for that endeavor.”

Kevin is excited to be a part of Interface’s impact on the community and our youth, including working with organizations like Girls Who Code, of which his daughter is an active member. He also has a desire to make an impact on students’ lives, and to help develop great teams for local companies that are struggling to find qualified candidates.

Kevin’s vision for the future of Interface includes more partnerships with local companies and organizations and serving more markets with Interface courses, including minorities, youth, and other underrepresented communities in the tech industry.

Welcome, Kevin, to the Advisory Board!
